Run your property like an asset, not an obligation.
Zamani Capital Group Inc. advises owners, landlords, and investors on getting more out of the buildings they already hold — sharper operations, stronger returns, and acquisitions that hold up under scrutiny.
Three ways we work alongside property owners.
Every engagement starts with a 45-minute consultation, then a written proposal with a fixed scope and price — so you always know exactly what you are paying for.
Portfolio & Asset Strategy
We review your holdings as a single portfolio, find the properties dragging on returns, and build a clear plan for what to hold, improve, refinance, or sell.
- Portfolio performance review
- Hold / sell / reposition recommendations
- Rent and revenue benchmarking
Operations & Tenant Management
We tighten the day-to-day: leasing, maintenance, vendor contracts, and tenant communication — the work that quietly decides whether a building is profitable.
- Operations & cost audit
- Leasing and tenant retention plans
- Vendor and maintenance review
Acquisition & Investment Advisory
Considering a purchase? We run the numbers, pressure-test the assumptions, and handle due diligence so you buy on evidence rather than optimism.
- Market and deal analysis
- Financial modelling & due diligence
- Negotiation and closing support

The fine print, in plain language.
These terms govern how Zamani Capital Group Inc. provides services and processes payments. Please read them before booking or purchasing.
Terms of Service +
Last updated: June 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Zamani Capital Group Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a consultation, engaging our services, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide property management consulting, including a paid 45-minute strategy consultation, portfolio and asset strategy, operations and tenant management advisory, and acquisition and investment advisory. The scope, deliverables, and fees for larger engagements are set out in a written proposal you approve before work begins. Our services are advisory and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or investment brokerage advice.
2. Fees and payment
Fees are charged in US dollars and processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full card details. The 45-minute consultation is $500, paid in full at the time of booking. Project engagements are typically billed 50% on commencement and 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and timely access to the documents and data we reasonably need. Delays caused by missing information may affect timelines and are not grounds for a refund.
4. Limitation of liability
Our recommendations are based on the information available at the time. We are not liable for outcomes arising from market conditions, third-party actions, or decisions you make based on our advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
5. Termination
Either party may end a retainer engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work already performed remain payable. We may suspend services for non-payment.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zamani Capital Group Inc. is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
7. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@zamanicapital.com.
Privacy Policy +
Last updated: June 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Zamani Capital Group Inc. collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about your properties — and limited technical information when you visit our site. For payments, Stripe collects and handles your card details directly; we receive only confirmation and limited transaction information.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver consultations and services, process payments, send invoices, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — such as Stripe for payments and our scheduling, email, and accounting tools — and only as needed. These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@zamanicapital.com.
Refund & Cancellation Policy +
Last updated: June 2026. Because we provide professional advisory services, this policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply.
45-minute consultations
Consultations are paid in full at booking. You may reschedule or cancel for a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions, are non-refundable, though we will always try to reschedule once as a courtesy.
Project engagements
You may cancel a project engagement before work begins for a full refund of any deposit paid. Once work has started, the deposit covers time already committed and is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, you are billed for work completed to date and any balance is refunded.
Retainer engagements
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. The current month's fee is non-refundable as services are delivered throughout the period.
How to request a refund
Email hello@zamanicapital.com with your name and booking or engagement details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
These policies are a starting template tailored to a property advisory business and Stripe's expectations. Replace the placeholder contact details and jurisdiction with your real information, and have a qualified attorney review them before going live.
